40 Days in the Word
Sunday AM Worship Gathering: Commit to attend all 7 Sundays of the 40 Days Jan. 29 - March 11.
Each Sunday, the message will give motivation for the following week as we journey through the 40 Days togetether. We will be sharing testimony about what God is doing in and thru our lives. You don't want to miss it!
LIFE Groups: Commit to participate in a 40 Days LIFE Group for all 6 weeks from the week of Feb.5-11 thru the week of March 11-17.
Each of our current LIFE Groups will be pausing from the regular curriculum to particpate in the 40 Days.
We are also launching several extra/new groups to give more options for everyone to be involved.
We have openings in groups that meet on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. We have open groups that meet Murphy Creek, Englewood, Aurora, Centennial, and even here at the church right after service for those who can't meet another night of the week.
Personal Time with God: Commit to taking time out to interact with God thru His Word for 40 days. We will have several tools to help with this: The LIFE Group workbook has a daily reading guide and journal pages; There will be a daily video devotional available to anyone who desires; And a daily text message with the verse and reminder can be sent if so desired. We know that many of you are very busy and will need to shuffle and re-prioritize your lives to make these commitments possible. However, we believe that God is calling us to join together and commit to participate as a body in this 40 Days in the Word. We truly believe that God is calling us to Love His Word, Learn His Word, and LIve His Word!
Please carefully and prayerfully consider these commitments as we believe that God is challenging us all to give Him our undivided focus for 40 Days. As we spend this focused time with Him in His Word, the transformation He will bring is going to be amazing!
IF YOU HAVE NOT SIGNED UP FOR A 40 DAYS LIFE GROUP AND ARE CURRENTLY NOT INVOLVED IN A LIFE GROUP, AND YOU DESIRE TO PARTICIPATE FOR 6 WEEKS IN A GROUP, PLEASE LET US KNOW WHICH DAY OR LOCATION WOULD WORK BEST FOR YOU.
